"I wish I could give BDP 100 stars because I was absolutely blown away by them. I just bought a house and found a leak in the garage. Blue Diamond was out in my garage literally the next day. It was amazing! Everyone was polite and professional and I can’t overstate how FAST they responded to me and got me on the schedule! Then, at literally 7:00 ON THE DOT, Mr. Taron S. showed up at my home and got right to work. I thought I was in for a long morning, but when o tell you this man was done in less than 20 minutes I am not kidding - I sent a text message as I was closing up my garage door and it was 7:18!!! Absolutely blew my mind. I was so so happy! He was super nice and professional, he explained when he did (replaced a valve and soldered it in place). I can’t thank Blue Diamond enough, I was so stressed and BAM, problems solved 🩷 I will 100% be using them for any future plumbing needs"

I had to have my hot water heater replaced through home warranty. This is the company they provided for me. I honestly went into it thinking it was going to be a horrible experience. I was very mistaken. The level of communication was amazing. They went above and beyond to get my hot water heater ordered and installed. They took into account I have a small child, so hot water is a must. Not only did they make the whole process easy and seamless, the did it a day early. I personally had Taron as my plumber. He was thorough and explained everything he was doing. All in all I had a fantastic experience with both the plumber and their dispatch operator. I would recommend them to other people in the future.

My Hot Water Heater broke and they sent Plumber Taron out to evaluate it, he gathered the required information and replaced the Hot Water Heater very quickly and without any mess. While every plumber is a hit or miss, I had the pleasure of Taron helping fix my water heater issue. The 1st plumber basically threw up his hands and said "Don't know what else to do", Taron went above and beyond taking each part apart to figure out the issue. Not only did he fix it, but he called me the following day to check if everything was good. When was the last time someone called to follow up with anything these days.. Great Job!
